現地4/3にシカゴのユナイテッドセンターで開催される、 McDonald’s All-American Gameのロスターが発表になりました。

先日、GSWの半袖ジャージーが発表になった時にもTwitterに書きましたけど、脇のくぼみ好きなアタシとしては、断固反対したいですっ！！o(＞＜)o
（別に好きなのは脇のくぼみだけじゃないですけどね）

さて、では気をとりなおして（なおんないけどね）、未来のオールスタープレイヤーをチェックしましょうか。

ハリソンTwins、こっちは同じチームなのね。

ジュリアス・ランドルが入っていないんですが、ケガの回復状況を見つつ検討中ってことみたいなので、最終的には出場できるかもしれません。
McDAAGからのステートメント。

We are aware that following his injury earlier this season, 2013 McDonald’s All American Nominee Julius Randle is preparing for his return to the court. Although Randle does not appear on the 2013 Roster today, the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Committee will be closely watching his play over the next few weeks as he finishes his senior season. The McDonald’s All American Games have featured the top prep talent for 36 years, and if Julius Randle returns as the Julius Randle we knew earlier this season, we are open to naming him to the team just as we did with Derrick Whittenberg in 1979 and Sam Perkins in 1980. We want to make sure that any player that takes the court on April 3 at Chicago’s United Center is capable of competing at the highest level.

[余談]
未来のオールスターって書きましたけど、実際、今年のオールスターにMcDonald’s All-American Playerがいったい何人いるのか（…というか、圧倒的に出場してない選手の方が少ないんですけど）調べてみました。（）内は出場年。

出場していない選手は6人いるんですが、そのうちパーカーとダンカンはUSAの高校出身ではないので、USAの高校出身で出場していないのは、ドゥエイン、ポール・ジョージ、ラッセル、ノアの4人ということになります。

以前、HS Class of 2006のコたちについて書いた時に、

114位のラッセルはドラフト4位指名、137位のジョーダン・ヒルは8位指名、カリーくんなんて150位圏外で7位指名っすからねぇ。
わかんないもんですねぇ。

って書きましたけど、こーやってみると、なんというかオールスタープレイヤーともなると若い頃からスゴかったのね…と。ラッセルやドゥエインはレアケースなんだなぁ。

きっと今年のメンバーからも、少なくとも1人や2人は、将来のオールスタープレイヤーがうまれることでしょう。
